Whiskers TCG started the way a lot of collections do: ripping packs at the kitchen table with the kids.
Our founder, Alex, has spent 20 years buying and reselling products at high volume, and runs a successful computer company here in Carlsbad. Collecting with his kids turned into following the market, and following the market turned into a second business, run the same way as the first: buy carefully, price fairly and keep every deal straightforward.
And the name? Every time a pack gets opened, three furry supervisors show up to inspect it. All three have whiskers. The name stuck.
